Aloha, I'm Kristi and here's a little bit about myself and my TC business journey! I swapped the Hawaiian beaches for the Las Vegas lights in 2009. I am a proud mom to three amazing children and a big fan of basketball & football. The color pink is my jam, peacock feathers light up my day and there's nothing I cherish more than traveling and making memories with my family. My journey in the real estate world has been diverse, from working as a loan officer to property management, 20 years of office management and now over a decade as a Transaction Coordinator. 

In 2013, I took the plunge and started TC Kristi. I was a one-woman show with just three agents. During this time, I was able to connect with other agents, title companies, lenders, home inspectors, etc. and familiarize myself with the ins and outs of the industry. Thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations and networking at various events, my business began to flourish. Over the years, I've worked hard to enhance my services and ensure my clients trust in my ability to make every transaction a breeze.

In 2015, Angel Lepen came aboard bringing over 10 years of HOA management experience in Hawaii, Arizona & California and now 10+ years of administrative experience in the real estate industry. She loves to hit the open road on her Harley, has a green thumb for plants, enjoys hiking, road trips and spending time with her family.

In 2022, my team expanded again and Cissy Bonifacio joined us after spending 15+ years in the property management industry. She loves basketball, hitting the golf course, line dancing, enjoying life with her husband, is a master of jigsaw puzzles and her five grandchildren are the center of her universe.
